Transcripted from the voice call I received:

"New customer, this is Telstra telecom. We've tried to get in touch with you, we have detected that some fraudulent activities are going on over your connection, hence we have decided to block your internet and telephone line for some query. Press 1 to talk to our executive and fix the problem.".

I don't have a mobile/internet account with Telstra and the automated voice sent red flags to me immediately. I did not proceed to press 1 after hearing the message and the caller had abruptly ended the call within a few seconds of silence.
