It's an Australia Post mail scam number...., They are the scammers are trying to claim that your parcel will be returned to sender because you haven't paid enough postage costs..., Don't trust them!!!
I got a call from someone purportedly representing Australia Post, stating that my parcel would be returned. The conversation then switched to Chinese. Given that I received a similar call from a different number just a week ago, I strongly believe this is part of a scam.
