SPAM. Robotic voice claiming to be Telstra.
Sounds bogus - claimed to be from Telstra, but had no idea about my Bigpond account or landline - so I asked them to call back when I have all my accounts to hand and are not working. I'm going to block them, and let Telstra know.
Claimed they were from Telstra and my mobile phone data had been changed from private to public. I asked for a reference number and that I would call back via Telstra's line and was told to call them back on this number only. Clear scam.
Re VISA A/c forgot to mention it was a FEMALE ROBOTIC VOICE.
Called today 6 Dec....' This an important call, a request has been made to withdraw $1300.00 from your VISA A/c "..... I hung up.

Twice today I have received a call from this number saying that they are calling from Telstra and that there are reports about problems with my IP address. I suspected it was a scam so told them I would need their name and number to call them back. Both calls were abruptly ended by the caller in response.
They claimed to be from Telstra tech department and tried to get me to download a remote access app (AnyDesk) after telling me my phone’s IP address had been set to ‘public’. This is a scam to take access of your phone remotely for criminal purposes (e.g., steal your Apple Pay and Google Pay details). I kept them on the phone for 15 mins to tie them up and not be able to call anyone else.
Claimed to be from Telstra about my internet. I don't have internet and am not with Telstra. I hung up immediately. Had a missed call from the same number two hours later.
Called me but I didn't answer. Judging from the other comments for this number it's a scammer.

Asking my name, claiming to be from Telstra regarding my bill. Told him "I'm not with Telstra, do not call me again." they then called me 3 times within 2 mins, one the original phone number, plus 2 other numbers.

Twice today I have received a call from this number saying that they are calling from Telstra and that on their records my internet is set at Public and not Private meaning people can access my information. He wanted me to go on my computer straight away as it was urgent to correct this, when I said I was very busy and would check it out later when I was free he hung up. I consider this to be a spam call and have blocked the number.

I received a call from this number urging me to download a remote access app called AnyDesk, claiming my phone's IP address was public. This is a scam designed to gain unauthorized access to your phone and potentially steal sensitive financial information.
The caller did not leave a message. When I attempted to return the call to (03) 9994 0785, I reached a voicemail stating that the mailbox was full, followed by a abrupt disconnection.
This number called but did not leave any message. I'm considering this as possibly another scam call.
