The number (03) 9994 0159, which is based in Point Cook, called me but did not leave a message.
This caller claimed that my credit card had been used to make a medical donation. It was clearly a complete scam – I would categorize this as 100% fraudulent.
The call came unexpectedly from a number displayed as being from Point Cook, Victoria. I believe this could be a scam attempt.
I did not answer the call because the Caller ID showed "Point Cook," and since no message was left, I am wary of it.
I received a call this afternoon from (03) 9994 0149, which is identified as being from Point Cook. Since I don’t know anyone in Point Cook and the use of a phone number starting with triple 9 seems unusual, I decided not to answer and have since blocked the number.
It’s a Scammer. Like the other reviews - Point Cook comes up and they never leave a voicemail of course! When you call the number back they are constantly engaged. Don’t answer and simply Block this one with all the others!
