Scam

I had received 3 calls from 0398982119 all went to message bank, there's a recording in Chinese apparently stating it's the Chinese Embassy in Australia & that I have a package to collect.

I called the number back (by clicking on the caller id number) and a male person with a Chinese accent denied calling me. I did not believe him and told him so, he continued to deny it so I suggested he contact his telecommunications provider.

I've received a few calls from this number. A female is speaking Chinese. I called the number back and a man spoke in English with a strong Chinese accent denying he had called me. I explained that I clicked on the called id number from my phone, he continued to deny so I suggested he contact his telecommunications provider.
