Scam.
I had the same experience as others with this number. When I called back, I got an invalid number message, which raises my concerns.
I received a robocall from this number, and there was no response when I picked up the call, which made me very uneasy.
I received a recorded phone call claiming to be from eBay, stating that I have been charged over $300. I believe this is a scam call.

If I get a call while at my desk, I can enter the number into Reverse AU and find out they are a scammer even before it stops ringing! And then I block the number from ever reaching me in the future. Hurrah!
I received a call from someone claiming to be from Roy Morgan conducting a lifestyle survey. In the past, these "lifestyle surveys" have led to repeated calls from health insurance comparison websites. To avoid harassment, I no longer participate in such surveys and hung up.
I received an automated call claiming to be from Amazon, warning me that terrible things would happen if I did not provide them with my information. I find these scams incredibly frustrating and wonder when the government and telecommunications companies will take action to stop them.

Someone posing as an AC Nielsen survey agent, they are lying and actually screening for a financial services company - have a go at them and request your name be removed and they not contact you again !
Called all I could here was background noise. Clearly a scam call centre. Asked who they were speaking to. I asked who this is and woman hang up.
