Called me at 7.30pm didn't leave a voicemail. Called back on private number 10 minutes later and it directly went to their voicemail which said "hello this is public outreach we cannot take your call at the moment but someone will call you back, alternatively you can visit our website." They did not leave a website address. Possible scam number, nobody calls from a business at this time.
