This call was definitely not from Facebook; it seemed like an attempt to gain my trust in order to scam me out of money.
The caller asked to speak to someone in charge’s office and seemed dodgy. I find it hard to believe that Facebook would actually call, although it’s not impossible since they are making a lot of money from us small businesses!
It's a scam and they are very rude.
They get your info from crypto trading apps - I still haven't figured out which one - but they get very rude if you let them know you don't need their services.
