They call you then send someone to your premises to do a quote, They then take pictures of your old lights, then never come back DO NOT LET take pictures. Always ask for ID straight away. If they give you a brochure call the people that are on the brochure. I bet they won't know who is at your door. They don't have ID and are ripping off the Government, claim they have replaced your LED lights and then They forge your signature saying you've signed saying the work is done. Bloody Indian Call centre scammers.

I received a call from a scammer who spoke with a foreign accent and seemed to be attempting to fish for my personal information.

The caller said they were regarding a government rebate for solar panels. When I expressed my disinterest, they didn’t push further and just hung up.

I tried to call this number back, but there was no answer, so I have decided to block it.

A woman called me and asked if I had received door seals from the government. She knew my first name, but I did not confirm it. I found her inquiry intrusive, so I told her it was none of her business and hung up the phone.

The caller claimed to be from a company called Gov Door Screens in my area. When I responded with "is that right?", they immediately hung up. I've since blocked the number.

I frequently receive calls from this group. Every time I block their number, they find another one to call from. They ask for someone with my father’s name, but I tell them they have the wrong number. Their English is quite poor, and they keep insisting on talking about a supposed free government initiative in Victoria, which is puzzling since I don’t even live there.

I strongly advise blocking this number immediately as it appears to be linked to a scam.

I believe phone companies are responsible for allowing these scam calls to get through. Please, take action to stop this harassment. What’s concerning is their persistent habit of calling back immediately after I miss the call. They might be blocking other callers trying to reach me during these times. I meant to block the number earlier, but I have done that now.

Recently, I've noticed that scammers are using advanced calling programs, making it difficult for individuals to block their calls in time. Usually, I see their IDs on Truecaller and immediately hang up and block them, but this time, they repeatedly called without giving me a chance to block them. This could be a serious threat.

I did not answer this call because it was from an unregistered number, which raised my concerns.

I spoke with a representative named Rob (who identified himself as William from Energy Savers, an overseas company) who tried to sell me door seals in Australia. I collected their details and reported them to the Do Not Call Register since I have been on that list for years.

I believe I am being scammed; I experienced a sudden disconnection on my landline.

I answered the call, but the caller immediately hung up without saying anything. I've since blocked the number to prevent future calls.
