I received a call from Aus Super, which was a follow-up regarding an email I sent about an inquiry I had previously lodged.
This caller claimed to be a power retailer and was trying to gather personal information from me. Once I realized the call was unsolicited, I became wary of their intentions.
I received a call from this number but no message was left. When I tried to return the call, I was met with a message stating that the mobile number was switched off, which is confusing as this number is supposed to be a landline. I believe this is a SCAM.
