Received a call from ph.no: 03 9057 0396 which I answered, the person I was speaking to once I asked who are you? Said they are calling from Health Deals & I supposedly filled out a form on line enquiring about wanting health insurance.

I simply said I don’t think so, when my policy is fine. And requested my details to be removed so I do not have to deal with these kind of calls again.
