This number's been ringing me off the hook – 2 calls in 2 days! The first message was just gibberish, but the second one said it was from NAB’s premium customer service. Seriously, if I need to talk to my bank, I'll call them! Can't trust stranger calls, mate!
Got a call claiming to be from the NAB customer service gang. But honestly, I've got my doubts about that one, mate!
The caller did not address me by name and identified themselves as "Dini from NAB." They provided the callback number 1800 344 100 and a mobile number 0452 068 458, but I found that neither of these numbers seem to be associated with NAB.
The caller claimed to be from NAB and wanted to verify all my banking needs, stating they would call back for further discussion. This seems very suspicious and fishy to me.
The call pretended to be from NAB's premium customer service. However, I ended the call and checked with NAB through their app, and they confirmed that the call was not from them.
It's not a scam.. Call the number back and check its NAB Premier Banking for clients who have over $850K in home lending.. Your fixed rate or Interest only might be expiring and their reach out to you..

A scam caller pretending to be from NAB premier banking. They have called me twice leaving voicemails, and also called my husband. Do not fall for it.
DO NOT CALL NUMBER BACK. This is a SCAM pretending to be NAB banking. A lady name Anna called and left a message saying an urgent matter had to be discussed and please respond to her email. But then leaves her mobile number which is 0452443510. No email received - knew it was fake.

Missed call on 04/03/2024 from +61418927502 - then text message from (03)89039958 claiming to be from NAB Premier desk and to call back on 180344166. Checked with NAB directly and they confirmed this is a phishing scam.
They called me today stating they are responding to an email I sent and if I can give them my personal details to confirm my identity before they proceed. I asked them to give me the first name on the email and they refused saying I should tell them my name so they know it’s me. I gave them a wrong name and they said yeah that’s the name we have here. When I told them I never sent an email and they were scammers, the lady hung up. Definitely scam callers.

The left a message about a non urgent matter and to call them back. Sounded dodgy and after reading these comments I blocked them.
I reported this yesterday as Spam but it turns out it was legit - it actually was someone from NAB so perhaps this number has been infiltrated by hackers too.

Billy called and left a message suggesting he was calling from NAB, on a non urgent financial matter and I should return the call. After checking number I blocked it.
The number 03 8903 9958 has called me and left messages to me for a few days, I don't know this number so I never answer the calls. I believe It's a scam call, it tries to call me everyday and let me response.

Message left by caller pretending to call from NAB, to call a 1800 number about a non urgent banking matter. Googled the number and found it was a potential Scam.
A chap called Max called and left a message suggesting he was calling from NAB, on a non urgent financial matter and I should return the call.
Instead of calling the number, I called the bank’s Customer Service line, as they normally record details of any Customer contact. There was no record and the Bank suggested no reason for a call. They suspect a scam.
