Called a family member and asked for a reference on my husband and I. Wouldn’t tell them who they were from or what the reference was for. I’ve tried calling them bank multiple times to get the same robotic answering machine saying “ they are a telecommunications company called ’instant saving’..... we have phone plans with Telstra, and have not applied for ANYTHING or have any debt, own home outright ect. Have no clue who they are. We were in Telstra today doing new phone plans but.
