This is a Vodaphone customer located in Whittlesea. Latest transfer date 28/04/2017. This is all that I can find out.
Got a call from this number just now, if they take too long to say hello, then I assume it's a scam. I've now blocked the number on my phone. It's not the first time they've called me. And it is some guy who doesn't announce who he is straight away. Don't answer!
I keep getting calls from this number 87032140 and he says his name is Michael and I've told him before to stop calling. This last time he got very nasty when I said to stop calling. He says they want me to save money on my electricity bill. Yes caller ID shows they are from Whittlesea. So annoying.
Just received phone call when trying to call back get message that Optus regrets the number is incomplete, definitely a scam.
I had received multiple calls from a Croydon number, after searching and finding it was a scam I blocked the number. Today I began receiving calls from this number, phone shows as calling from whittlesea. Didn’t answer, but I’m sure they are related.

Call received, they hung up and then phone won't work without touch id.
