I received a call from individuals claiming to be contacting me on behalf of Energy Australia. When I informed them that I am not a customer, they momentarily paused and then stated they also collaborated with AGL and other companies. This is likely a scam marketing call. It's best to hang up if you receive a similar call.
I received a phone call from someone claiming to be calling from Energy Australia. I'm unsure if this is legitimate or if it’s a scam.
This caller continually tries to reach me but never leaves a voicemail. The caller ID shows a location in Clayton, Victoria, which raises my suspicion about their intentions.
The call I received was identified by my phone as coming from Clayton, VIC. However, I suspected it to be spam, so I chose not to answer. I have reported and blocked the number to avoid future calls.

Called me at 6pm. Didn’t leave any voicemail.
Called them back and their voice recording is dodgy af. Block.

Called me about 7pm. Called two times. Didn't pick up first time. Second time they hung up.
I missed the call, but didn't pursue it, as it was indicated as possible fraud. Will block it.

Called after 5pm scams didn’t answer.
Scam number. Rang a few times today. First time they hung up after I answered and last time the phone cut out after only a few seconds talking. Blocked number.
They called, I didn't answer because I didn't recognise the number. They didn't leave a message so it mustn't be important. After reading these reviews I am glad I didn't answer. I don't have an electricity bill due to living in a company house with utilities paid for.

Had a few calls from similar Vic numbers. Don't know anyone there so didn't answer and then proceeded to block number.

Number called my phone and phones suspected as scam so blocked number .

Someone on end of phone when I answered but did not speak and then hung up.
Answered the call, I didn't say anything, just listened. After a few seconds they hung up.
This number called me regarding electrical bills and very rude might I add. I didn’t recognise the number and it was too long to be the number of the electrical company I'm with. So I immediately hung up. And if you ever give any scam company your details CALL YOUR BANK AND CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Picked up the phone and coughed waiting for a reply. No reply then the phone hung up. Usually when a call is made, it is at least ethical to state ones name and who one is working for.
There has been a deluge lately of "compare electricity bill" calls.
Several calls from this number about electricity provider. Dodgy!
Got x2 missed calls from this number today; called back and got voicemail "we called in regards to some electrical deals bla bla bla" - blocked.

Has called several times today. When answered there is no one there and the call disconnects almost immediately.
