I did not recognize this number when it appeared on my phone, which flagged it as suspected spam. Therefore, I chose not to answer the call.
The voicemail I received stated, "If you are a Chinese student, press 1," and it referred to some kind of emergency warning message. This seemed to be identical to other scam calls I have received.
