This is a phishing call. The female (very foreign sounding) voice was incorrectly pronouncing my first name, and said it was regarding the change of my electricity provider. I don't have an electricity account in my name. Additionally, the voice is the same as other calls, from different unknown numbers, I've been receiving since the geniuses at Optus and Medibank Private allowed confidential data to be accessed by unauthorised persons.
