I received a spam call from this number, and it was a solicitation for utility services.
Scammers. Trying to leverage on Optus outage and claim they can sign up Telstra.

This number is associated with spam calls promoting utilities services. I have blocked it due to repeated solicitation attempts.

"Welcome to unique offer......" Block number.
Scam: Missed a call - called back and it’s had an auto voice message saying “This is unique offer, we called you about some great deals… “.
Block the number.
They hung up when I answered.
I blocked the call after identifying it as a scam. A quick web search revealed that the call may have been routed through a VPN, indicating it was likely a fraudulent attempt.
This number was reported as spam after being blocked by my phone app. Additionally, I have received several calls from similar numbers that start with 03 8372. The caller ID displayed "Point Cook," indicating it may be part of a spam campaign.
I received a call from a spam caller who refused to take my number off their call list despite my requests.
The person on the other end of the call displayed very poor communication skills and it was difficult to understand what they were saying.
