Scam. Call many times even after working hours. Blocked.
Stop calling people 20+ times then hanging up instantly, don't know what you want but stop wasting peoples time for nothing.

This is an Indian call centre attempting to scam individuals with offers for gas and electricity deals.
When I answered the call, there was a noticeable delay and a poor connection. A male voice kept repeating “hello, hello,” so I decided to hang up since it seemed unusual.
