I answered the call, but there was no one on the line. I hung up and subsequently blocked the number to avoid future calls.
This call seemed to be part of a robocall campaign, likely checking for a human response. I recommend blocking this number to avoid further calls.
Person asked if I was “my name” & when I said yes I was they hung up. Tried calling back but no response! How did they get my name?
I'm being bombarded by these callers, receiving at least five calls a day. Despite telling them repeatedly that I live in public housing and cannot install solar panels nor have any interest in their energy or NBN plans, they persist.
I have received three calls from this and similar numbers, all originating from Clayton, VIC. They do not leave any voicemails, and during the last call, the caller hung up after three rings. I avoid answering these calls, suspecting they might be scams.
The caller disconnected the call very quickly and did not leave a voicemail, suggesting they might be trying to avoid direct communication.
This is an unknown number. I chose not to answer the call and they did not leave a message. I assume it is a scam, so I blocked the number.
