Suspicious

Had 2 missed calls from this number. I usually don’t call unknown numbers back, but in this case I did. Someone answered straight away, with “Hello this is Nora(Asian American accent).. If I was interested in a rebate of $3000 relating to gas / installation of a split system (something along those lines)…As soon as I mentioned I don’t own a property, she said “ok, thanks” and hung up the phone. She did not mention a company name or a government Initiative.. It seemed odd.
