Scam call from 03 7053 2684.
The phone displayed "Suspected Spam" after the phone automatically blocked the call at 6.12 pm on the 25/9/25 thanks to the “Caller ID and spam protection settings”.
Another scam number is now blocked and reported to scamwatch.gov.au/report-a-scam.
Talk about annoying! This number from 03 7053 2684 pinged my phone and was automatically blocked. Even my caller ID knows it's full of rubbish—thank god for the spam protection settings! Another one bites the dust and off to the scam report site it goes!
I called back and got an Indian accent on the line with chaos happening in the background. Not sure what’s going on here, but it feels a bit off…
Community reports are retained as historical safety signals within the Reverseau telecommunications safety dataset and may reflect different experiences over time.
