There is no mention of any legitimate business or any business for that matter that is linked to this phone number when you call back I suspect this is a scam.
The number called me after hours at 18:11 but did not leave a voicemail. When I attempted to return the call, I received an automated message that said, "Welcome to customer service," but it did not mention any business name. I suspect this may be a scam.
