Didn't pick up, but I've got my phone primed to flag these dodgy calls. No message left, and after digging around online, everyone seems to agree it's a bunch of scammers. They've been blocked and reported.
I missed a call from this number, and the voicemail I received was just heavy breathing. This struck me as odd and quite suspicious.

A woman called claiming to be from PayPal, stating she noticed a suspicious transaction involving an eBay gift card and Bitcoin linked to my account.
