I had a call from 03 7049 4865 yesterday which was from an indian call centre claiming to be with a card services center based in melbourne. I received a call from 03 7049 4886 today advising she was calling from the Security Team at Card Services regarding two international payments that were attempted from international payments for Amazon and Bitcoin. Thankfully she said they had stopped it but wanted to know if this was correct or not. I asked if she was calling from my bank but she said no. She advised she was located at 242 Exhibition St Melbourne and only confirmed the company was Card Services. I advised her I would call my bank about this and she hung up. Definitely a scam! Watch out!
This number called claiming to offer a comparison for my health fund to see if they could provide me with a better deal. Given the context, I strongly believe this is a scam.
This is definitely a SCAM! The caller pretended to be from CBA and was asking for personal information to facilitate an international transfer. Please do not share your details and block this number immediately!
This number did not leave a message after calling me, and I suspect it may be a fraudulent attempt.
