I received a scam call, which I promptly blocked and reported to my phone application. Additionally, I have been receiving multiple calls from similar numbers that start with 03 7048 followed by four digits, which raises my concerns about the legitimacy of these calls.
The message I received began with options to press 1 for English and 2 for Chinese. It went on to discuss an emergency pandemic notification. I consider this a scam call due to its vague content and suspicious nature.
I received a call from this number, and the person claiming to represent Telstra tried to speak with me. Based on my experience, I would recommend blocking this number immediately as it seems fraudulent.

This is a scam call. I received a recorded message in English from someone with an American accent, notifying me that my visa for Australia had been canceled. The same message was later repeated in Mandarin.
