I can confidently say that this number is associated with scammers. They have contacted me from various numbers that all begin with 03 7047.
The caller spoke in a foreign language and then abruptly hung up without providing any information.
Got my number from face book market.
Scam India call center.
This number called and had a Mandarin option for Chinese speakers. The automated voice stated there were restrictions on my phone. I highly advise being cautious with such calls.
Selling the state government heat pump hot water service exchange for your old gas unit.
The caller left a message claiming that my Telstra contract was canceled, but I am not even a Telstra customer. This is definitely a scam, and I advise against answering just another fraudulent call from what seemed like a Chinese caller.
When I answered the call from (03) 7047 6933, I heard a message greeting me as if it were Telstra. The call seemed suspicious, so I hung up.
I have received several silent calls from this number over the past week. I have it blocked, and they always leave a silent voicemail. I opted not to return their calls, and now I feel fortunate to see others reporting it as spam.
Received a phone call where the caller mentioned something about the Chinese consulate in English, followed by 15 seconds of what I believe was Mandarin Chinese before they abruptly hung up.
I received a call from Experience Technologies and decided to return the call using my Skype account. I was placed on hold with an automated system, reached the first place in the queue after 10 minutes, but then the call abruptly disconnected. I consider this a scam and advise not to engage with them.
There was no voicemail left, which leads me to believe that this may be a scam.
I received an unknown call from the number (03) 7047 6933 on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 4:00 PM. My mobile alerted me that it was a spam call, so I chose not to answer. When I called the number back, I was placed in a queue with 14 other callers. Just when my turn came and I was next to speak, the call disconnected, making me suspect that this is a scam operation.
(03) 7047 6933 - purported to be ANZ VISA security checking on transactions which may be fraudulent. Like a transfer of $770 to China. Total scam. Delete immediately. Ask caller to identify account CRN of the account in question and the caller hangs up.
I received a phone call from this number, and they left a voicemail claiming that I had initiated a Western Union money transfer for $700. They advised me to press "1" to confirm the transfer or "2" for more information. This is definitely a scam attempt.
I have been getting multiple calls from various numbers that all start with 7047. They never leave a message, and I’ve blocked them several times. I believe these calls are from the same source, probably scams trying to deceive people.
Total scam/ call centre nothing but background noise.
Same.
My phone identified this call as a "potential scam." I did not pick up the call and noticed that they did not leave a voicemail. This calling number seems similar to one I received earlier this week, but the last digit was different.
Reported as a scam involving PayPal and foreign transfer issues. The call was blocked but went to voicemail, which suggests it may be an attempt to fish for personal information.
These annoying scammers have attempted to call me four times within just two days, clearly trying to harass me.
When I called back this number, it answered as 'Expected Technology' and asked me to hold the line. However, my phone flagged the call as 'suspected fraud'.
A scammer called me and left a 54-second voicemail, but the message was silent throughout the entire duration, which was suspicious.
I suspect this is another scammer trying to reach me. I make it a rule not to share my phone number with unknown callers.
The call claimed to be from Melbourne, Australia, but I am unsure of its legitimacy.
Called back, recorded message from “experience technology’s”
Cold call centre, no reason they’d be calling me.
Spam.
I believe this is a scammer’s number, as my research did not yield any legitimate results when I looked it up.
