SCAM- Don't answer and Block.
I answered what turned out to be a prank call, and now I can’t return the call. This appears to be a scam.

03 7032 8599 is a spam number so far today have has 4 spam callers so they must be OFF there coffee break. Just Block that Number.
I received a call from this number, the caller did not talk and hung up immediately.
I tried to call it back from my office landline and the number is always on a busy tone.
SCAMMER, NUMBER IS BLOCKED.
Deliberately did not answer - called back only to get a busy-tone. Number very close to other spammer/scammer numbers from 'Melbourne". No message left, obviously they don't think it important - just block them and report as spam.
Community reports are retained as historical safety signals within the Reverseau telecommunications safety dataset and may reflect different experiences over time.
