Even though you ask them to remove you from their list they don’t and keep calling. This is illegal under ACMA. Lodge a complaint via the Do Not Call Register. Block unknown numbers.

Hi all, just received a call from this number and rejected the call. Rang back and says “Busy.” I received a call from this number a few days ago and they left a voice message however can only hear background noises, same as now… just background noises.
