I received a call from this number at dinner time, but they didn't leave a message. It's quite annoying, so I've decided to block the number.

Contrary to some reports, this number is actually associated with a legitimate state government program that provides free water-efficient shower heads. The caller, who had a noticeable accent, proposed a time for installation. They came the next day and replaced my old shower heads in both the bathroom and ensuite at no cost. They even offered to add draft strips to my old doors to improve insulation. Everything went smoothly!
