The call did not leave a message, which raises suspicion that it might be a scam.
From the very beginning of the call, it was clearly a scam. There was a noticeable delay, a fake name provided, and the background noise typical of a call center. The caller wanted to discuss internet domain names, but I don't own any.
Scam.
I returned the call and was greeted by a repetitive recorded message in a US accent saying, "Thank you for calling, please wait while we connect your call." However, the message kept repeating, and no representative ever came on the line.
I received a missed call from this number, and no message was left. I suspect it might be a scammer.
