I received a call from UTAS, but they didn’t leave a voicemail. This seems to be part of a campaign for the upcoming semester to assist students with enrollment. Interestingly, about two hours later, I got a PayPal scam call from a Tasmanian number, despite having no connection to Tasmania aside from UTAS. Could there have been a data breach?

I had no idea who was calling and I didn't pick up. Turns out it was just my Uni wanting to see how I was going with my studies - thanks Student Success!

This ended up being a call from the Student Success team at the University of Tasmania. The woman I spoke to was really nice and just wanted to make sure I was travelling okay with my studies this semester.
