These reports contribute to the Community Risk Level and Confidence assessment shown above.
The following reports are user-submitted and not independently verified. Consider them alongside the aggregated signals above.
I have a personal system where I let calls ring out if I don’t recognize the number and then block them. This call displayed a tag as being from Hobart, Tasmania, so I identified it as a spam call and chose not to answer.
I've been inundated with four calls in the past two days from this number. Fortunately, my phone's blocking feature prevented any further disruptions.
I received a call from a number that did not speak when I answered. This appears to be a nuisance scam caller.
I don't know who called from this number and why. My phone recognised it as spam. Unsolicited caller. Blocked.
On June 2, 2022, I received a phone call from this number, and ever since then, I have been receiving daily calls from them without any messages being left. I am completely fed up with this situation!
Charity asking for donations.
Charity call centre, calls multiple times a day. Ever since adding my number to the do not call register, telemarketing calls have increased.
I have been receiving multiple calls daily from (03) 6184 7366 and other similar numbers. Even though I have blocked these calls, they continue to reach out from different numbers. When I called back, I received a message stating it was a registered charity, but they did not specify which charity.
Since I registered my number on the Do Not Call list, I have been inundated with unwanted telemarketing calls. I expected the registration to reduce these calls, but it has made the situation worse. I believe that the Do Not Call register sells their list to charities, which still allows them to contact me, as charities are not subject to this registry.
Community reports are retained as historical safety signals within the Reverseau telecommunications safety dataset and may reflect different experiences over time.
