I didn't answer this call, and since the caller did not leave any message, I suspect it may have been a nuisance call, possibly from a scammer or telemarketer.
This number called me four times in quick succession late in the day. After blocking it, I found that many others have also labeled it as a scam. Some people mistakenly think it's an Australian charity, but it appears to be a scam run from an offshore call center. It seems they have a quota of daily calls they need to make!
I am really tired of receiving calls from this number and others around the same time every day (around 5:30 – 6:00 PM or later). I typically let them go to voicemail, but they never leave a message. I would appreciate help on how to block these calls on my landline phone, if anyone has advice.
I continuously receive calls from various numbers similar to (03) 6184 7360 almost daily, including (03) 6184 7369 and (03) 6184 7344. This is quite concerning.
This number is clearly a scam, as they are attempting to obtain your credit card details. Do not engage with them!
They were attempting to solicit monthly donations from me.
I get multiple calls weekly from numbers starting with 03 6184 7XXX that are supposedly from "Hobart, Tasmania." I assume these calls are spam. This specific call did not lead to a follow-up text, reinforcing my belief that it is spam.
I held on long enough for the call to transfer from a landline to my mobile, but the caller did not leave a message. This number appears to be part of a group of related numbers, including (03) 6184 7342 and (03) 6184 7345.
Community reports are retained as historical safety signals within the Reverseau telecommunications safety dataset and may reflect different experiences over time.
