I ignored a call from this number because they did not leave a message. This behavior is typical of scam calls.
Claimed to be National Broadband Network and Telstra. Questioned them if they were National Broadband Network or Telstra and then started abusing me. Crappy amateur scammers. Must be bored with their lives to be doing this crap!

When confronted they said “I haven’t asked you a question yet”

They hung up.
Claimed to be from westpac bank wanting to confirm a transaction of $499. When I told them I don’t bank with westpac they hung up.
I answered the call, but there was no one on the line. I tried calling back, but there was no answer either. I'm considering this a probable spam call, so I have blocked the number.
