Phoned both home number and mobile number - no message left on mobile and hung up as soon as I answered home number.
When I called back, the number was either engaged or disconnected. I find this situation suspicious.

Just Got Another Call From Odd Unfamiliar Number 0361588806. No Doubt From a Criminal Scamming Fraudulent Call Center!
I received a call from (03) 6158 8806, which is linked to Victoria, but they did not leave any message when I missed their call.
This number calls me repeatedly, sometimes up to 30 times in a row. I've blocked the number, but my modem still shows that it's registering and counting their call attempts. It's quite frustrating.
I received a call from an overseas call center on this number, where the caller pretended to be a representative from Telstra. Their intention seemed to be to gain unauthorized access to my mobile phone.
