Home Internet spam call.
I answered a call from this number, but the caller refused to identify themselves after asking three times. They eventually claimed to be from Telstra NBN but had a heavy Pakistani/Indian accent and wouldn't provide their name. I do not even have a landline for NBN services, so I believe this is a cold call trying to fish for personal information. I ended the call and recommend blocking this number.
