G

Suspicious

I spoke with someone who had an Indian accent but used a Western name, claiming there was a problem with my Visa MasterCard amounting to $700. This was concerning since it matched an amount I had just paid to JB Hi-Fi the previous day. I suspect that this is where the information was leaked. They advised me to call my bank, but I hung up instead.

N
Nicola
Scam

Never asked anyone to call. Some fake electronics store with the usual scam voiceover. Scam centres in Kolkata are getting lazy.

M
Martinson
Suspicious

This time, I received a call from someone named "Jason," claiming to be from the NBN (National Broadband Network). It felt suspicious.

H

Scam

I got a message from an electronic supplier that I have never heard of and do not require their services, so I believe it’s a scam.
