This call claimed to be from Telstra offering a discount, but the person's manner did not seem professional, and the caller hung up as soon as I started asking questions to verify their identity.

Uncertain

This caller appeared as an 03 number, although the location indicated Margate. I did not pick up the call, and they did not leave a voicemail message, which raised my suspicion.

N

Spam

I received a recorded call that falsely claimed they were going to charge my credit card $299. When I called the number back, I was greeted by a voice selling “quality electronics” from a craft store. I don't understand why Telstra isn't taking action to block these types of fraudulent numbers.

Although I did not pick up the call, I received an automated voicemail stating that my Vodafone contract was incomplete and would be terminated in two hours. However, I do not have an account with Vodafone.
