Same experience - said from Telstra, IP something something needed fixing. We don't use Telstra. Hung up.
Said was Telstra and my IP address has been changed from private to public. Asked if my internet speeds had slowed and I told him I was away for work so I hadn’t used my internet and couldn’t tell him. Was confused by the language barrier - sounded like a scammer.
