Watch out! I keep getting these annoying calls from an automated voice telling me to dial "6" for a verification code. I'm not even logging into anything! Sounds like a dodgy scammer trying to sneak in.
So this number had the nerve to ask me to press 5 on my phone... which I flat out refused! Then they expected me to call them back later? No way, mate!
This number is legit, it is not a scam, you may have gotten this by mistake, which is why you would think it's fishy, an incorrect phone number may have been used which would be yours by the original user, it is from My Opinions Survey, a recording of 6 digit code, used to redeem on the My Opinions website which is also legit, useless to anyone else except the original user, so if you don't know anything about it, then it is not for you, just simply ignore it, and delete any calls or messages if you wish.
Initially, I received two short code text messages, followed by a call from this number, which felt suspicious.
I received a robotic call that provided me with a code for a service I did not request and do not even use. This seems to be a scam, and I would advise others to ignore such calls.
Community reports are retained as historical safety signals within the Reverseau telecommunications safety dataset and may reflect different experiences over time.
