I received a voicemail asking me to return a call related to an emergency. The recording prompted me to press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese, which felt like a phishing attempt, so I am wary.

This call was a scam regarding payments related to an "epidemic." It seems to be a fraudulent attempt to solicit personal information or money.
