Scam

Received a call from this number and also from 03 6102 1045 just moments before. Apple iPhone screen said the number was from Swansea TASMANIA (initial thought was how could it be a 03 area code).

When I answered, a recorded message purporting to be from Commonwealth Bank saying a debit card transaction for $1800 received 2 minutes ago needed my approval - press 1 to approve, or 2 to decline. I just left it and it hung up. SCAM. Do not press anything!

G
Gebert
Scam

I received an automated call asking me to press 1 to authorize a transaction or 2 to decline it. I pressed 3 to speak to a representative, and when I confronted him about being a scammer, he became aggressive and swore at me before hanging up.

Ables
Scam

This caller hung up right after I answered the phone, only allowing the call to ring once. This seems to be a scam attempt.
