I've classified this call as spam and have blocked it, reporting it to my phone app. Additionally, I've been inundated with calls from various similar numbers starting with 03 6101 89xx, indicating a possible ongoing scam.

Call came though on mobile phone without a SIM - very suspicious.
Lying mutts pretended to be from the Australian government claiming they were about to cancel my Australian passport.
Given I don’t have one I told them to go ahead then screamed into the mic!
These guys call up, claiming to be the Australian Government, and tell you to call them due to suspicious use of your passport. The phone number they called me on is a never before used phone number that is owned by a corporation. It sounded authentic. Don't fall for this scam.
Said my number is being deactivated in two hours.
