I received a call from "Lisa" claiming to be from Charity Choice. It sounded like an AI-generated call, which makes me certain it's a scam. I advise not to engage and to hang up immediately.
I've received calls from the following numbers: 035753122, (03) 8588 3924, and 0488 822 702. I did not pick up any of these calls and have now blocked them. I'm hoping they will stop calling me.
When I answered the call, it did not connect, and I experienced a similar issue with another call I received earlier this week from the number 03 5753 3124. This raises concerns that calls from numbers starting with 03 5753 might be related to a robocall center or have hidden motives, as they do not connect properly to a live operator.
I received a call from this unusual interstate number, which I ignored. They did not leave a message.
I did not answer the call from an unrecognized number, and they didn't leave a message. I'm getting overwhelmed by the volume of these unknown calls!
I have been receiving calls from this individual for several years, each time using different names. Just last week, she identified herself as Lisa, and tonight she was calling herself Lizzie. When questioned, she pretends to be unaware of the situation.
This number did not leave a message after calling. I suspect it might be a scammer trying to sell something.
Spoofed call from a scammer.
My phone has flagged this number as a spam caller. The caller did not leave a message, and I do not plan to return the call.
Charity call.
I received a scam call from "Lisa Collins from Charity Choice," which was a robotic call coming from a spoofed number. The technology used was clever, and I ended up diverting the call to a scammer answering machine. I hope they enjoyed their interaction with it!
On the evening of January 6, I received calls from this number, which rang persistently but I did not answer since it was from an interstate caller and I did not recognize the number. I reside in Adelaide.
This number called and then hung up as soon as I answered.
