I let the call go to voicemail because I didn’t recognize the number. The voicemail was a recorded message in Chinese from a female voice, indicating it's a spam call that should be avoided.

I received a scam call where the caller spoke in either Chinese or Mandarin, typically introducing a series of menu options. My advice is to simply block these numbers to avoid further hassle.
