I received a voice message from this number instructing me to press 1 for English and 2 for Chinese. This raises concerns about the legitimacy of the call.

Automated message. Ask to call back when unanswered, saying my phone service is going to disconnect in 2 days.
I received an automated message claiming to be from VISA, stating there were unauthorized transactions on my account. The message prompted me to press 1 for more information. I believe this is a scam attempt.
Called me when I answered no response probably a scammer don't call back it may cost you.
Please be wary of this unlisted phone number; it appears to be another spoofed number used by cyber criminals. Since I did not recognize the number, I let it ring out without answering and no message was left. I have subsequently blocked and reported this number.
