This caller appears to be a scammer attempting to obtain personal information and money. They lie and deceive. I suggest ignoring and blocking them.

After discussing with them, they somehow know of a payment I was behind on. I paid them but AMEX said they don't use that particular agency but a very similar one. They people use a VPN to call from overseas over days/weeks. They even called my relatives.

For the purpose of stopping them spamming my family I paid them $1.987.27 even though I knew they were. At least now I have not received a spam call in over 3 days.
