I called this number and found out it is associated with a charity call center known as "Our Community Charity." I have decided to block future calls from this number.

I called back and got a recorded message saying they were calling on behalf of Your Community from the Fundraising Centre. It also had the option to press 1 to remove your number from the campaign.
