I received a call from this number... Initially, I disregarded the call I didn't recognise the number. I then received a text message saying that there is a lawsuit against me for not paying taxes.... So I called the number back and the guy's name is "Peter"proceeded to advise me that I have $990 of unpaid fines and I will be taken to court due to a random Audit recently actioned on 4/5/2017 (such specific detail!) and then once I ended the call with "this is a SCAM"...before he hung up he said:

Man claiming to be from ATO did not declare who he was trying to contact or his name just that he was from the ATO and that there was a complaint of tax evasion/fraud. Told me to call back and not to disregard the message as it would result in commonwealth court actions. I plan to call the ATO direct and ask them about it.
